My name is Bill Hart. 

It was in 2008 I first had 'this idea'

It concerned particular happenings in and around fifty

Years ago, so I set in-train my plans for a unique event.

Set in a place which once was an all-important industrial city,

major international port and key location in northern England,

this region at the time was entering into an unprecedented

terminal economic and social decline.

That city is Liverpool.

Those times are the 1960's.

Something magical happened back there and then - something

very special is still 'happening' right there and right now!

2010 sees a major world celebration, commemoration and 

tribute being personally paid to the musicians, promotor's

and the forever-loyal music-loving people of Merseyside UK

over the last 50 fab years.."
